1 pear, cut into small chunks with the skin
pinch of cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cups of milk of your choice
1/4 cup chia seeds
Mix chia seeds and 1 cup of milk into a bowl and mix until combined and leave overnight!
In the morning, heat butter in a small heavy-based pan.
Add pears and cinnamon and cook until golden and softened.
Meanwhile, heat the chia porridge in a pot over a medium heat and add the rest of the milk.
Once warm, spoon porridge into a bowl and top with roasted pear.
