Ingredients. makes 1 lunch bowl

♥150g lentils, drained and rinsed

♥20g parmesan cheese, shaved

♥¼ cup sundried tomatoes chopped

♥150g corn kernel, drained and rinsed

♥1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

♥1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

♥Salt and pepper, to taste

To do.

1. add everything to a bowl and MIX!
