Ingredients. makes 8 cupcakes
♥1 ¼ cup almond meal
♥¼ cup coconut milk
♥80g butter, softend
♥2 tbsp coconut flour
♥2 tbsp honey
♥1 tsp vanilla extract
♥½ tsp baking powder
♥½ cup PB
♥3 tbsp coconut milk
♥2 tbsp coconut oil
♥2 tsp honey
♥1tsp vanilla extract
1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease a donut tray (or just use a muffin tray)
2.In a large bowl add almond meal, coconut flour, baking powder and salt.
3.In a blender add coconut milk, butter, eggs, vanilla and honey, and blend until smooth.
4.Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until well combined
5.Spoon the batter into the prepared tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and cooked through
6.Allow to cool before turning onto a wired rack
7.While cooling, make the frosting by placing all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth!
8.Top each donut with frosting and EAT UP!
