White Bean K A L E Salad with C H I C K E N


Ingredients. makes 1 big salad.

GARLIC CROUTONS

♥90g sourdough, cubed

♥15ml olive oil

♥Pinch garlic powder

♥Salt and pepper

BEANS

♥100g white beans

♥1 tbsp lemon juice

♥5ml olive oil

♥Salt

♥Parsely, pinch

SALAD

♥100g kale, chopped

♥1 tbsp lemon juice

♥5ml olive oil

♥5ml maple syrup

♥Salt and pepper

♥Garlic, minced

♥100g chicken, grilled

DRESSING

♥20g tahini

♥1 garlic, minced

♥1 tbsp lemon juice

♥5ml maple syrup

♥Salt and pepper

♥Hot water, to thin

To do.

1.Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

2.Add bread cubes to large bowl and pour over oil, salt and pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.

3.Spread on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping half way.

4.Meanwhile, mix all “bean” ingredients and set aside

5.Massage kale with the “salad” ingredients

6.Whisk the dressing together

7.MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER!
