3-Ingredient Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients. makes 4 pancakes

♥1/2 cup of rolled oats

♥1 ripe banana

♥1/4 cup of almond milk

♥pinch of cinnamon and vanilla essence

To do.

  1. Place oats in a food processor and pulse until oat flour forms.

  2. Add banana and milk and blend until smooth, like a pancake batter.

  3. Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. When hot add batter to the hot pan and cook for about 2 minutes each sides.

  4. Serve warm or cold with toppings of your choice. EAT UP!
