Ingredients.serves 1

♥1 +H20 Good Morning, Overnight Oats serve

♥1/3 cup water

♥200g yogurt of choice

♥50g blueberries

♥50g almonds

To do.

1. The night before, prepare the +H2O Good Morning, Overnight Oats as directed on the packet.

2. In the morning, scoop some of the overnight oats into a cup, top with half of the yogurt, blueberries and almonds.

3. Repeat and EAT.
