BREAKFAST P A R F A I T with caramelised banana

Ingredients. for 1

♥½ cup Farmers Union Greek yogurt (my fave - so CREAMY)

♥1/3 cup Food For Health Fruit Free Clusters

♥1 Banana, sliced

♥2 tbsp maple syrup

♥1 tsp cinnamon

To do.

1. Preheat oven to 180degrees C.

2. Mix sliced banana, cinnamon and maple syrup and place on a lined baking tray

3. Roast for 10-15 minutes or until soft, gooey and CARAMELISED!

4. Build your parfait by layering the yogurt, clusters and banana!!
