
Ingredients. for 1 cup
♥1 cup roasted capsicum (you can roast yourself or just buy it in the jar {a lot easier})
♥1 bunch basil leaves
♥1 garlic clove, minced
♥¼ cup pine nuts, toasted
♥¼ cup parmesan, grated
♥1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
♥Salt and pepper
To do.
1. Chuck in a food processor and BLEND to desired consistency.
