SO! This recipe came about because as I was peeling the potatoes to make mashed potatoes I was like WOW. Look at all this wasted produce from peeling the potato. I bet I could make something super delicious with this. And guess what...I DID! Read on for my CRISPY POTATO SKIN RECIPE.
Ingredients. for 4 as a side
♥The peelings of 4 potatoes (use the actual potato to make mash or backed potatoes!)
♥Salt and pepper
♥3 tbsp Olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees fan forced and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Grab the peelings and chuck on baking tray, along with olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Massage the skins and spread out on the tray so that they aren't overlapping.
4. Bake for 30 mins or until golden and crispy! SO GOOD.
