FREEZE. DRIED. FRUIT. Who has tried it? Is it not AMAZING! I will answer that for you. Yes. Yes it is! Texture (tick). Flavour (tick). Healthy (tick)!!! If you haven't tried freeze dried fruit, pop in your car, head down to woolies and grab some from the health food section (or the dried fruit section) and try some! They are great to top on to muesli, oatmeal, smoothie bowls, yogurt, icecream or even just eat on its own!

Ingredients. for 1
♥½ cup rolled oats
♥1 cup of water or milk of choice
♥1/2 apple, thinly sliced
♥1 tbsp PB
♥1 tsp cinnamon
♥Handful of freeze dried strawberries
1. Place your oats, apple and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. Once boiling, leave to simmer for 5-10 minutes or until the apple has softened and the oats are at your desired consistency.
3. To serve, pour the oatmeal into a bowl, top with PB, cinnamon and strawberries!
4. EAT UP!
