KALE AVO SMOOTHIE

I know, I know. This doesn't sound appealing AT. ALL.

BUT..give me a chance! Give it a go and I promise you won't regret it! The Avocado creates a thick, creamy (like mousse) texture and the Banana and Honey, naturally sweeten and cut through the strong Kale taste! Packed with fibre and nutrients, this smoothie is a great way to kick start your day!

INGREDIENTS. for 1

4 Kale leaves

1/2 cup milk of choice

1 banana, frozen, sliced

1/2 avocado

1 tbsp honey

scoop of you favourite protein powder (optional)

TO DO.

1. BLEND.
