SALTED CARAMEL SMOOTHIE BOWL + BLESSED PROTEIN REVIEW

Winter is officially over in Aus and that means the weather is officially (hopefully) getting warmer! Warmer weather means more smoothie bowls for breakfast and less porridge (maybe). This is one of my favourite smoothie bowls which is made even tastier with the slated caramel Blessed Protein powder.

I have tried many plant based proteins over the years and I can confidently say this is one of the best tasting. It has a smooth texture and flavours that actually taste like what they say! They come in single serving sachets which are great to try before you buy in bulk - but i can promise you that you will be going back for more!

RECIPE

Ingredients

1 large banana, frozen, sliced

2 tbsp vanilla protein (optional)

1/4 cup coconut milk, canned

1 tbsp maca powder

2 dates, pitted

1/2 tsp sea salt flakes

1 tsp chia seeds and 1 tbsp coconut flakes, to serve

1 serve Blessed Salted Caramel Protein

To Do

1. Blend everything, pour into bowl and top with desired toppings!
