Mango Coconut Smoothie Bowl

This is the PERFECT recipe for summer! Refreshing, cool and light - I am sure this is going to be your go to drink of the season!

INGREDIENTS

1 mango, peeled and sliced

70g FroPro Coconut Icecream (can sub for coconut yogurt, yogurt or milk)

1 serve vanilla protein of choice

Shredded coconut, to serve

water, to thin (but everyone knows thicker is better!)

TO DO.

1. Blend all ingredients excluding shredded coconut until smooth

2. Pour into a bowl and top with shredded coconut
