High Protein Overnight Bircher Muesli


It has been a while since I have last posted a recipe - sorry! But I thought I would start with my breakfast go to! This is packed with protein and flavour and most importantly is super EASY! This is the perfect post-workout breakfast and if you are someone who travels from gym straight to work in the morning - you will love this recipe!

INGREDIENTS.

  • 1 sachet Uncle Toby's Protein Oats

  • 2/3 cup greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp sultanas

  • 4 dried apricots

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

TO DO.

1. Mix all ingredients together and leave overnight.

2. In the morning, wake up and ENJOY!
